· Yes. Every home is equipped with a washer/dryer in-unit.

• For dogs and cats: Maximum of (2) animals per apartment. One-time fee of $500 for up to (2) animals. Animal rent - $50/mo/animal. We accept dogs up to 100lbs. However, we do not accept the following breeds: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Malamutes, Pinschers, Huskies, Chowchows, St. Bernard's, Great Danes, Akitas, Staffordshire Terriers, American Bull Dogs, Canary Dogs, or any mix of these.
• Exotic animal restrictions: Tarantulas, Piranhas, Reptiles, Ferrets, Skunks, Raccoons, Squirrels, Rabbits, and Birds
• (1) fish tank per apartment/townhome is allowed.

· Only for homes that own a fish tank over 20 gallons

· Once you have decided on a home, you can apply online directly through our website. We require each applicant over the age of 18 to apply and pay a $50.00 application fee. There is a one-time $400.00 reservation fee to hold the home until you move in. This fee will be credited back to the rent on move in day. The process can be completed within three days or less if once all required documents are submitted.

· We require that your rent is %33-%40 of your household’s gross income.

Yes. We require 60 days notice in writing and a two-month buy-out fee.
